Crocus Ambassador:  Hajra Wilson

I was born in South Africa and educated in England.  I worked as X-Technologist in England, Libya, Switzerland and Nova Scotia, Canada. I am married and have no children. Ross, my husband is a retired Philosophy lecture.

I joined Rotary in 2002.  I was president of my club in 2005-2006. I am a member of Rotary Club of Cambridge North.  I have held the position of RFC (Rotary Foundation Coordinator ), AG, and the present PolioPlus Chair. I have participated in NIDs in Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Togo, India and Pakistan.

Recipient of PHF award from my club and also the District.

I volunteer extensively in the Waterloo Region and have received 2 awards from the Ontario Government and recently being awarded Volunteer of the year by Ontario Association of Art.
